LS Trim

The Trax has always been about affordability. Chevrolet wants every American to be able to drive a nice compact SUV. They start their 2024 Chevrolet Trax trim levels with an impressive EcoTec 1.2L turbocharged engine rated at 137 horsepower and 162 lb-ft of torque. A 6-speed automatic transmission creates smooth handling. That takes care of confident power. Safety on the LS is also excellent and includes standard Chevy Safety Assist and its six advanced safety features, including Intellibeam auto high beams, automatic emergency braking, and following distance indicator. There's a complete makeover on the LS's exterior that includes 17" steel wheels, deep-tinted glass, and LED headlamps.

LT Trim

The new look of the LT is going to make a great impression on everyone you know. It comes with standard 17" gray painted machined aluminum wheels, a rear spoiler, and roof-mounted side rails. This one has some nice capability if you like to spend some of your time exploring outdoors. It even comes with a standard front recovery hook. There's a big transition in technology on the LT also. It's the first trim to get the new 11" diagonal HD color touchscreen standard and to add more advanced driver-assist features. It gets a standard HD rear vision camera, lane keep assist with lane departure warning, and side blind zone alert.
